Hound Origin® offers the highest quality of products available. All Hound Origin® Pet products are produced in temperature-controlled, modern facilities. All ingredients are procured from certified Department of Livestock Development. The product is tested regularly, in accordance with all Food and Safety regulations.
We pride ourselves in ensuring you and your pet are satisfied with our product(s). If your pet is experiencing palatability issues, please contact us directly at Line official account: @houndorigin or email@example.com. We are confident our products are superior in quality and we will make every effort to assist each customer with a successful transition to our diet. We can provide you with tips on how to overcome most feeding concerns.
After speaking with Hound Origin®, and working with our Raw Food Specialists, if we are still unable to effectively transition your pet onto our products, we are happy to discuss the possibility of a refund (not including shipping and fulfillment fees) for your Hound Origin® purchase.
It is not the policy of Hound Origin® to accept returns for any/all perishable products. It will be your responsibility to donate or destroy perishable products that you no longer want. Non-perishable returns will be accepted, at Hound Origin® 's discretion. In the event you wish to return a non-perishable product(s), a return shipping are subject to your responsibility. Once the product has been received by Hound Origin®, undamaged, unopened and unused, you will be issued a refund, minus shipping and restocking fees. Refunds may take 3 - 5 business days before reflected on your statement.
